To conduct training in a professional manner, treating you with respect and consideration at all times



To avoid physical contact except in an emergency or in the normal course of greeting



To make every endeavour to be on time for agreed lessons



To provide at least two weeks notice of any price increases



To refund unused prepaid hours - max 3 hours - within 12 mths of purchase, on return of Appointment & Progress card



To always use the latest training material



To advise you when to book your Theory and Practical Tests



Not to cancel or change your Practical test without your agreement, although reserve the right to refuse use of the car, if it is felt you are not ready for a test.



To operate under the Code of Practice for Approved Driving Instructors

Your commitment to Me

To be in possession of a valid provisional driving licence which must be available for inspection



To provide 24 hours notice of cancellation otherwise the full fee will be chargeable.



To be in a fit state to drive a motor vehicle when picked up for lessons



To be ready at the designated time and place to start the lesson



To disclose information which may affect your ability to drive a motor vehicle
